At the top of the schedule, teachers will see a set of tabs corresponding to each resource the administrator created.
There is a default resource that is automatically selected when the schedule is loaded. This default resource can be changed at any time by the administrator.
Teachers can click a different resource tab to view the schedule for that particular resource.
Below the resource tabs is the schedule. The schedule is a table. Rows correspond to the days of the week, and columns represent class periods.
In each table cell is a checkbox or a teacher’s name. If the cell is a checkbox, that timeslot is available for a reservation. If a teacher’s name is visible in the cell, the timeslot is already reserved.
Reserving a slot
Teachers can reserve one or more slots by marking the checkboxes in each cell.
After all the desired timeslots are marked, teachers type the first few letters of their name into a textbox (the rest of the teacher’s name is completed for them). The teacher then clicks the Reserve button.
Deleting a slot
Teachers can delete a reservation by double clicking their name on the schedule . A confirmation will appear before the reservation is actually removed.
